everything is setup correctly.... when I do /echo it works fine.

So /manual should also work fine. It is parsed by the same error handler as /echo.

I'll try it again later today, when I boot my box.. I tried it at a non .php.net domain so the cookie won't work..

You can set the mirrors default language to anything you want that will be your preferred language. It is your own mirror anyway :) Goba
