Perhaps using mnoGoSearch own Tag to tag different languages?
Then implement tags into search.php, to have dropdown of different
languages and <option selected> for primary mirror language or user
selected preferred language (my.php).
search.php:

indexer.conf:
Tag A
Server path http://yourmirror.php.net/manual/en/
Tag B
