This was replaced by mirroring.php
i was about to submit a bug, but thought it might be more useful to just
post here:
README.mirror was renamed/moved to mirroring.php
however, when i tried (mistakenly) to access README.mirror, it does a
local google search with a recursive link to the nonexistent page (which
brings me back to the local google search, and so on forever).
perhaps a url alias can be created to combat this problem?

if i get no response within a week (and i haven't lost interest by then), i'll file a bug.
Hm, I thought that mirroring.php is perfectly linked. How you came to README.mirror for the first time?
BTW I have added an URL shortcut, it will be effective in a few minutes [when php.net updates from CVS].
