Hello,
We're an ISP / Hosting provider at Spain and we'd like to set up an official PHP.net mirror. As stated at the web, I'm writing to know if we have a chance to get our mirror accepted, and also to know which bandwidth usage is expected approximately (up to 1Mbps would be OK).
If you need any information about our company or network just let me know. Thanks!
Best regards,
David Sánchez
