Hi David!
We're an ISP / Hosting provider at Spain and we'd like to set up an official PHP.net mirror. As stated at the web, I'm writing to know if we have a chance to get our mirror accepted, and also to know which bandwidth usage is expected approximately (up to 1Mbps would be OK). If you need any information about our company or network just let me know. Thanks!
The "problem" is that we have two mirrors in Spain already. es.php.net is disabled, as the maintainer is not able to provide enough bandwidth for local users. They promised, the situation will get better in July, when we will reenable their mirror. This means that as it seems we are currently not ready for accepting any more mirrors in Spain. You may check back in a month, and see if the es.php.net mirror is not activated. Thanks for your offer, Goba
