Dear PHP.net staff,
I'm the network administrator for a telecommunication company, some our
costomers reported to me a problem to open the site www.php.net . That
our customers reported this problem every time they uses the IP address
81.88.224.107 .
Do you block access of IP based on blacklists check? If it's so, could
you write me what blacklist you are using? Or it's another problem?
