I'm the network administrator for a telecommunication company, some our costomers reported to me a problem to open the site www.php.net . That our customers reported this problem every time they uses the IP address 81.88.224.107 . Do you block access of IP based on blacklists check? If it's so, could you write me what blacklist you are using? Or it's another problem?
IP blocking, and other system related stuff is maintained by systems@php.net, please contact them. Goba [one webmaster@php.net]
