That makes very little sense to me. Why maintain N instances of the bug
system? Are you worried that it isn't segmented enough? A trivial
addition would be to simply key off of the Host header and only show gtk
bugs if you go to gtkbugs.php.net. Likewise for pearbugs.php.net. Also
makes it a hell of a lot easier to re-classify bugs that get filed in the
wrong place.
