i've noticed a new "feature" on php.net the search text box at the top right automatically displays the last string i searched for. this is very annoying, since the last string i searched for is ABSOLUTELY THE LEAST LIKELY STRING I WANT TO SEARCH FOR. which means you've added one more step in my search flow: "delete current string from text box before typing" if there's someone else that i can direct this email to, please let me know, since i use the search function many times every day. thanks, michael
