If this is done, quickref will need an option (by default) of paging.
In fact, it should already page :) People could explicitly choose to
view all, for example, to print it out. Possible options:
a) Pages per number (ex. 100)
b) Pages per letter(s) (ex. [a-c]*)
c) Pages per extension/section (ex. array functions)
d) All (with PDF option)
-) Cached daily
Or something like that, but maybe livedocs is the answer ;)
