two problems at au3.php.net

Hi Trent! You seem to have missed our notifications on the disabling of au3.php.net, as well as our request to mirror maintainers to update their setup to include new the stats env var, so our system can better recognize mirrors having stats support. First of all, au3.php.net/manual is still showing an Apache manual folder listing, which means it has a manual alias in httpd.conf. We have realized this, and disabled your mirror on June 7th, practicaly a very long time ago. Second, we have modified some of the mirror setup requirements, which you have not followed. Namely the stats environment variable is not set on your mirror, but you have probably not set up sqlite yet, which will we be using in the future.
