Actually it looks like it may have been my mistake it was the hosting companies main website, that was, but the mirror they had located in the specified country.
We had made an extensive check on mirrors and countries and found two mirrors problematic. One of them is deleted now, the other is moved to the correct country, so I would have been surprised to see that you have found a mirror in a different country then reported. Goba
