mirror problems

Hi, I have a php.net mirror on php.oms-net.nl, but there is a slight problem: <http://php.oms-net.nl/manual-lookup.php?pattern=sdfasdf> http://php.oms-net.nl/manual-lookup.php?pattern=sdfasdf when searching I always get: The service you tried to access with http://php.oms-net.nl/manual-lookup.php?pattern=sdfasdf is not available on this server right now. Please check back later, or if the problem persist, contact <http://php.oms-net.nl/copyright.php#contact> the webmasters. What can I do about this?
