Re: mirror problems

Hi Roel! There is only one point on the quicref.php code (which is included by manual-lookup), which calls error_noservice(); - which displays this error message. This is after a test to open the manual folder in the selected language. For some reason your PHP installation has no rights to open that folder (or the DOCUMENT_ROOT or LANG values are not properly set).
