As you implemented the ip-2-country redirection system, I think it
should redirect the users to its nearest mirror.
I think 'my php.net' says something like that.

When I type php.net in the browser it should redirect me to pt.php.net
or pt2.php.net, but this isn't happening. If I type
php.net/any_function I'm redirected correcly to the mirror.
The manual is redirecting well, but the main site isn't.
