Hi Alex!
what is the reason de3.php.net is currently deactived? It works fine for me...I would be more than happy to tell you if I would know details. Mirror checks are run hourly, and the last check run fine half an hour ago, as it seems from the online interface. The mirror check had last been able to connect to your site at this date: '2004/03/19 12:03:15 GMT'. Maybe something has happened at that time, which means that the site is not reacable anymore for our mirror bot. The bot uses this user agent string, which you can search for in the Apache logs: PHP.net Mirror Site Check I bet you will not find any such requests, or some errors will turn out.
