Anyway - my problem is this: The Austrian PHP mirror (at.php.net) is slow! Really slow. So slow in fact, that before looking up a function call in the PHP online manuals via this mirror, I sometimes reconfigure my browser to use an anonymous proxy so I don't get relocated to at.php.net...
Please! Tell them to make it faster or let us (few) Austrians use the main servers (www.php.net)...!
