Hi Robert,
I am sorry to bother you with this but I have tried to contact them for weeks witout any success. I have seen your logo on their website as one of their partners. Being their partner, you probably know how to join them. The name of their president is Peter A. Wray and the name of the company is: "Eglinton capital inc."
PHP.net does not do partnering. We allow people using our technology to display our logo, that is all. We have no other connection with most of those using our technology beyond this. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
