Hi Axe,
I'm trying to mirror the PHP documentation so I can reference it on a local server, however the server rsync.php.net seems to be down - and in fact has been down for a while. I tried doing this a month or so ago, and had similar problems. Figuring it was just temporary, I thought I'd just leave it a while, then go back to it. But, the problems seem to still be there. I have downloaded the PHP Manual in English, but I was hoping to find something a little less static so that I could integrate my own header & footer into each file. I'm combining multiple manuals for my own reference on LAN.
It should not be down, it works for our mirrors sites, and they are able to mirror our latest content. You might have some connectivity problems on the way through the rsync server. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
