No, there is no problem in the script, but in the configuration of the
mirrors. For all missing ones the message is:
Mirror settings are not up to date (see mirroring page) (last accessed: 2004/08/28 02:04:01 GMT)
The reason for this is the changed settings in the rsync command, for
the correct setting, see:
http://www.php.net/mirroring.php
(please look for the "--include='distributions/*.exe'" part on that
page).
