There is no problem with our mirror!!! You can check that we make sync every
night and that http://ua.php.net/ works as supposed.
If you fetch the page where PHP mirror-test checks your mirror with normal
browser, you see the mirror has problem with "short urls".
This has to do something with Apache mod_negotiation.
