PHP documentation downloads include comments?

I would really like to see a downloadable version of the PHP documentation that includes the user comments. User comments are one of the most valuable parts of the documentation in my opinion. I have found it very helpful to read user comments about a function or feature of PHP that give a more explicit example of use or offer additional information or warnings than the manual did alone. -- Lance E Sloan, Systems Research Programmer III U-M WATS: Web Applications, Technologies, and Solutions Full-service web and database design, development, and hosting. http://www.itcs.umich.edu/wats/ - "Putting U on the Web"
