Regarding the bug database

Hi, I thinking about doing a kind of "check-if-any-function-in-my-script-have-a-bug"-application. But to do that I need to access teh bug database - to do a search in it :( It is pretty hard to do that - cause if you change design eg. my regular expressions may be corrupted :( Also - they would be a lot of http request to your server? (Is that okay anyway?). So then I did think - isn't you able to provide some kind of CVS/XML Stream or something like that with the bugs?
