Hey Gabor, The reason why I haven't posted a CFP is because I have the emails of most of the speakers I would like to submit talks for the event based on last years conference and have received several talks already for the conference. The only thing is I have not yet finalized which ones specifically will be making the trip until after the official CFP deadline on the 16th. However, as the early bird special is on right now I would like to get registrants that are interested in coming based on last years conference caliber of speakers. I have modified the post to be clear on where the program stands. Let me know if the adjustments below satisfy your concerns. Logo: http://www.phpwest.com/images/phpwest.gif Regards, Nathan. Well, I tried to look through the phpwest site, but found no reference to Vancouver PHP... We have posted either CFP notices or "the program is available" notices before. Now this is something in between, since it seems the CFP is on, but this is not mentioned in the news item, and there is really nothing concrete to register for yet. I don't see that -*now* there is any information value in such a news item apart from that there will be some event. If either the news item would reference the CFP or a speaker list (program) would be available (which the news item explicitely referes to!), then I would raise no complaint. Goba
