Hi,
The reason why I haven't posted a CFP is because I have the emails of most of the speakers I would like to submit talks for the event based on last years conference and have received several talks already for the conference. The only thing is I have not yet finalized which ones specifically will be making the trip until after the official CFP deadline on the 16th. However, as the early bird special is on right now I would like to get registrants that are interested in coming based on last years conference caliber of speakers. I have modified the post to be clear on where the program stands. Let me know if the adjustments below satisfy your concerns.
OK, news item added, slightly edited as usual. Goba
