Hi,
I am unable to add anything to this bug report as it's marked as "bogus".
Looking on Linux (wget/lynx) it saves to the correct filename but Windows XP shows the problem as reported.
On uk2.php.net I noticed we didn't have an entry for .gz in the mime.types file. :
"application/x-gzip gz"After adding the above entry and restarting apache it seems to be saving to the correct filename on XP & Linux.
