Since the two offer different stats, it's possible that they're referring to two different sets of bug reports and the identifier tag was changed at some point in the past. However, following either one takes the user to "Reproducible Crash" - the other set appears to be inaccessible. I say "possible", because at time of writing, "Reproducible Crash" has 740 Closed bugs against it, while "Reproducible crash" has 312; but the list that is presented counts 855.
