I can tell you that I take the data from the stats files of the RIRs:
ftp://ftp.arin.net/pub/stats/arin/delegated-arin-latest
ftp://ftp.apnic.net/apnic/stats/apnic/delegated-apnic-latest
ftp://ftp.lacnic.net/pub/stats/lacnic/delegated-lacnic-latest
ftp://ftp.ripe.net/pub/stats/ripencc/delegated-ripencc-latest
Update those twice a day and you are uptodate ;)
Do note that these stats only mention where the prefix is allocated to,
not the real country where the endpoint is. GeoIP is more accurate for
that reason. CAIDA (www.caida.org) also has quite some information about
IP addresses. But I guess that most don't have IPv6 information. But the
stats contain both IPv4 and IPv6 and are at least mostly correct, unless
one tunnels to the other side of the planet ;)
Greets,
Jeroen
