Hi Simon,
I work for children's BBC in the UK. We want to bundle apache with php, mysql and other things (html editor/ image editor) and make it into a downloadable application that they can install with one click so children can build their own website.
This might work, I have no experience in this field, so I don't know. It seems that you are free to use our software in this setting, according to our license: http://php.net/license Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
