Hi Imri,
I am a system administrator working for a large ISP in Israel (inter.net.il). We are rebuilding our mirror, and in that process we noticed there that all the Israeli PHP mirrors are sitting on a co-located machines, and nither of them is actually supported by a large company. There for, we would be honored to supply an official PHP mirror, that is fully supported by the ISP. Please notice that our mirror got a full 100 mb/s link to the ISP backbone, without any rate limit what so ever, and is fully supported hardware-wise. Is there a chance the mirror will be accepted as an official one?Since we have no problem with the existing mirrors, and the admins were always cooperative in fixing problems, I don't think we would replace any of them.
