Hi Per,
When I enter the PHP manual page, the charakter coding in both my Firefox and IE browsers change to Unicode UTF-8, and the nordic letters ä, å and ö does not get displayed. When I change it back to ISO-8859-1 they get displayed correctly. Does the browser change to the wrong coding because of an error in your website? This is an intentional change on our side. Not all manuals are UTF-8 right now, since it takes some time to rebuild all manuals. In the future, all manuals are going to be generated and served encoded as UTF-8. Regards, Gabor Hojtsy
