Mirroring of the documentation only

Hello, I hope this is the right contact address for my favour. If not I would be pleased if you could forward my email to the right address or if you could tell me the right address. I'm the webmaster of the website www.incast-security.de and I'm working on a relunch. I planned many new things. I also planned to offer documentations for some programming languages. Therefor I want to ask you: may I offer the German documentation of PHP on my website? If yes you don't need to add my site to the mirror list. I just want to offer the documentation my visitors. I would be pleased if I may do so. Sincerely, Christoph Burchert
