There is no good point IMHO in doing a PHP documentation mirror, since there are plenty around the earth, which are perfectly covered by search engines, so your site will be only a drop in the ocean. Otherwise, since our mirroring guidelines currently allow for unofficial mirrors, you are free to mirror the documentation.
