Incorrect Listing of IP Address as Belonging to Spammer

Hi, While trying to post a user contributed note to the PHP Manual, I received this message: "Your IP is listed in one of the spammers lists we use. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster." I am a user of PHP who has contributed to various programming related communities, including the messageboard at phpbuilder.com under the handle "laserlight". Clearly I am not a spammer, so I request that my IP address be removed from this spammer IP address list. My IP address is: 218.212.122.3 I believe that it is subject to change, hence you may need to unblock more than just my specific IP address at this point of time. Thanks, Eugene Wee eugenew@starhub.net.sg
