Re: Incorrect Listing of IP Address as Belonging to Spammer

Hi, Thanks for your report. Our new spam detection script was rejecting too many IPs, so I've fixed the script. You should be able to submit a note in a few hours. Regards, Nuno ----- Original Message -----

Hi, While trying to post a user contributed note to the PHP Manual, I received this message: "Your IP is listed in one of the spammers lists we use. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster." I am a user of PHP who has contributed to various programming related communities, including the messageboard at phpbuilder.com under the handle "laserlight". Clearly I am not a spammer, so I request that my IP address be removed from this spammer IP address list. My IP address is: 218.212.122.3 I believe that it is subject to change, hence you may need to unblock more than just my specific IP address at this point of time. Thanks, Eugene Wee eugenew@starhub.net.sg
