First of all fr2.php.net is hosted by Crihan, not fr.php.net. Second I
have just tested both mirrors in my browser as you suggested, and they
seem to work fine.

Hi,
the first french mirror (http://fr.php.net) doesn't seems to work
anymore, if i replace 'fr' with 'fr2', i can access to the website.
(maybe a problem with crihan server)
