search api?

Hi, I hope I'm sending this to the right people... If not, will you let me know who I need to ask this to? I'm interested in developing one or more utilities for personal use (at least) that would involve searching through the php function reference. Is there a web service I can use, or is there a page that has the entire function reference on one page so I could parse through it to do my search? Any help you can offer will be very appreciated.
