Hi Martin,
I can confirm your problem with IE 5.5, as your screenshot shows. This is a known bug in IE 5.5:
http://www.codestyle.org/css/media/print-Test2.shtml#IE5.5-Win
Please either provide a suggested solution, or upgrade your browser to fix the issue. You are the only one who reported this issue so far, although we have this new php.net layout out for weeks now.
BTW the actual problem is that IE 5.5 does not carry on the media="print" attribute from the CSS linking tag to the CSS import, so it loads the print sheets even on screen display.

Hello everybody, as I've often done, I just wanted to have a look at the PHP online docs. As usual, I opened http://www.php.net/ in my browser - and was stunned. You must have modified the entire site, probably some central style sheet. The result is that it still displays fine in Opera and Firefox, but not in Internet Explorer. The Microsoft browser displays *only* the center column showing the recent news in full size. The entire header, the footer, the left and right colums - all gone! So currently, the site is unusably for Internet Explorer users. To show the effect, I made an IE screenshot available at http://screenshots.kennst.net/php.net-in-ie.png (66k PNG image). I hope you're aware of this and you're going to fix that soon. Best regards, Martin Kunkel
