The error message is pretty clear.
We know the system works and we don't need you to test it.
If you want to submit a real event, then please do, but
all 'test' events are rejected.

I keep getings this error message when submiting an event.
You need to do the following before your submission will be accepted:
* We know this works. Please do not test the system.

I tried with real data and i does not work either.
