Dear Sirs,
I would like to ask you a question concerning the PHP licence.
My friend would like to make a web application written in PHP. He would
like do distribute that application on a commercial licence without the
possibility of furthur distribution.
From what i understand in the PHP licence he would have to modify the
source code of the languege? Is my understanding of that matter correct?
The other question is if is it obligatory to have an open source code if
the source code is not modified?
