PHP Include not working?

Im trying to access my domain but it keeps coming up with this:

server configuration in /home2/artistic/public_html/index.php on line 1

[function.include]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be
found in /home2/artistic/public_html/index.php on line 1

'http://aberrant.artisticimpulses.com/wordpress/index.php'
for inclusion
(include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in
/home2/artistic/public_html/index.php on line 1
And if I go to any site which uses php includes, the page content will be
displayed, but not the header and footers.
Any help would be grand!
