Hi,
We discovered that only one active mirror is present in The Netherlands (nl3.php.net) which actually performs quite bad.
We're one of the mayor dutch ISPs with several Gbit connections to local exchangs (AMS-IX, NL-IX) and our own AS Number (AS16237).
Please let me know if we could be of any help!
