You will need to set up a local CNAME on an FQDN for this mirror
before we can add it. It can be anything that's web-accessible, such
as php.example.com, where example.com is a domain that you control.

You will be official, so please install stats when you have the
chance. It's not a requisite, and there's no rush, but it will be
very useful for the community to see the statistics.

No, this is the name of the company *sponsoring* the mirror -
i.e., your company's name. We prefer to accept only ISP's, web hosts,
and development firms as maintainers of official mirrors, which is why
the text mentions the hosting company. It is *not* the place from
where you are leasing your server and/or bandwidth. In this case,
it's probably raffsoftware.com.

This is your URL. The web address on which we can reach the
company from the answer directly above this one. In this case, most
likely it will be Raff Software.
