Change Request: Bug DB interface

Dear webmasters, Currently, http://www.php.net/bugs.php does not have search field for e-mail address of bug reporter. I've been posted several bug/bug candidates there. If I can search with my e-mail address, it would be nice to bug reporters. If making a account for bug reporter is possible, it would be appreciated. It would to make bug reporters editing tasks much easier and it would also take some burdens off from developer/bug hunters, since reporter can easily work with bug several reports and give more feedbacks to developers.
