My deepest thoughts goes to the families left behind, because of the
terrible circumstances in the United States !!
I am just currious about the black screen before entering php.net as I
haven't seen or noticed it before and that I find a little odd ?
I just wondered where the BLACK MESSAGE screen before entering www.php.net
were when 7000 people died in the eathquake in Turkey og when 1.5 million
people died in Rwanda ?
What are the PHP Community general policies about this issue ? How do you
decide to have the black screen or not ?
