mirrors.php is broken?

Hi! bin/mirrors.php now seems to require a local mysql db for listing the mirrors. This of course doesn't work everywhere, since we don't have the db in question installed. Perhaps someone should look into this? The effect can be seen on http://si.php.net/ http://us2.php.net/ and probably everywhere else too, after they grab the new version of the file... Mitja
