As you can see on eg. si.php.net, the error contains:
/local/Web/sites/phpweb/bin/mirrors.php
This is the path of the mirrors.php program on the
main php.net server. It is a generated error list
and mirrored worldwide. It seems this is our new
invention. To mirror error messages :))
As I previously sent that link, you can see mirrors.inc
contains the errors as HTML content:
