Hello!
I have seen uk2.php.net listed as a special mirror in the admin/mirrors.php
list. But it requires a user name and a password, and cannot accept an
anonymous login. I don't know why do we need such special mirrors as
ftp://uk2.php.net and ftp://ua.php.net/ as they are not listed in the
dropdowns and on the manual page...
Also there are two mirrors, namely php.guqrdian.no and php.nederland.net,
which are not named by our convention. I think we should ask them to
prepare to be no2.php.net and nl3.php.net. What others think?
