well, obviously ftp://uk2.php.net was bogus, because of the recent
changeovers in uk mirrors.
i don't see any harm in leaving ftp://ua.php.net in the
database. if
someone were ever to do something with the downloads pages that
encouraged people to use the mirrors, it may be useful.

i don't really care. i did remove php.guardian.no, since it didn't
actually work.
