the internal compressed files manager find errors also in the php_dba.dll
file that prevent form the archive extraction.

The PHP 4.0.6 zip archive is out for some months now, and there
is actually no problem in it. It was not changed since the
release. So your system may be curropted, everything is OK
with that zip as I know.
